Kuroda's Method

A subroutine library and standalone program implementing an extended version of the Kuroda/Bacharach method for balancing bi-proportional matrices.

kuroda.pdf: A short note describing Kuroda's method and its relation to other papers in the literature.
readme.txt: A text file describing the Fortran code implementing Kuroda's method. Also explains how the standalone program is used.
kuroda.zip: Fortran source code and a Windows executable that can be used for matricies up to 150 by 150. Also includes the documentation files kuroda.pdf and readme.txt. Size: 96k.
