6. Extend the analysis from 5 to include three buffers around the interstates

Uses methods discussed on Nov 28.

Do an analysis similar to exercise 5 but using the multi-ring tool with three buffers 500m wide. Use "Join Attributes by Location" to join the ring numbers onto the parcel centroids. Then export the joined table to a CSV file and load it into either Excel, Stata, or some other package to compute the change in median assessed value with ring number.
