Please edit the engagement log in your channel in Teams to briefly describe community contacts you had regarding your project. Indicate the date and describe what happened briefly. The entries can be brief but should provide enough information that an outside observer can gauge the breadth and depth of engagement. For example, "Emailed X" is not enough; something more along the lines of "Emailed X of organization Y to ask for Z" is better.
If you have a back and forth conversation within a day, please list that as one entry. However, if you reach out one day but don't hear back for at least a day, please list those as separate entries. You can enter the second one as something like "Received a reply from X saying Y".
