ECN 101: Introductory Microeconomics or PAI 300: Economics for Policy Analysis

Introduction to microeconomics. Consumer demand, theory of production, markets and prices, social welfare, and related topics. Policy Studies majors can satisfy this requirement by taking PAI 300 Economics for Policy Analysis instead. However, PAI 300 does not count toward majors or minors in Economics. If you're planning on doing either of those in addition to Policy Studies, you should take ECN 101 and consider taking PAI 300 as an elective.
